Beautiful rosewood handles with nickel silver bolsters and inlaid shield that has NCM on them. Both are True Whittlers the warren #1 a wharncliff and the Warren #2 a modified pen blade. Blades are made of High Carbon Tool steel. Comes in wood display box. Only 1500 sets were made to not only perpetuate whittling and carving as an art and a craft, but also to encourage financial support of the proposed Educational Wing planned at the National Carvers Museum in Monument Colorado. Serial #0968.
