The Mission MPF-1 is constructed entirely from titanium, including the blade, handles, screws, pins, studs and the removable pocket clip. The handle also features a lanyard hole. The titanium construction makes the MPF lighter and stronger than steel knives and completely corrosion proof. The MPF-1 was created by Mission Knives to stand up to the rigorous duty of military and law enforcement use. The 4 inch blade tanto blade is partially serrated and is fully locked in place by a heavy-duty frame lock. The open design and corrosion proof construction make this knife incredibly easy to maintain. The design also provides an excellent grip and has thumb jimping on the spine. This one appears to have been used lightly and shows some minor wear, still in excellent condition.
