The Ultratech from Microtech is one of their most popular models, it definately provides the most bang for the buck. It will forever set the standard for all out the front knives. The Ultratech is Microtech's original double action out the front knife, and has been the foundation of their entire OTF line. Over the years, it has gone through several modifications, each time becoming more efficient and reliable. The Ultratech's spring remains in an "at rest" position at all times except when deployed. This ensures that the compressed spring will not become fatigued, assuring users that when the knife is fired, it will operate effectively. The Ultratech's lightweight, one handed open and close action, slim shape, and scalpel sharp blade make it a one of a kind knife!
This brand new zero blade play ZBP model runs on the new drive train and has the crud cutter. It has contoured tactical black 6061-T6 aluminum handle scales with the Microtech Claw logo on the front. DLC black finished M390MK stainless steel tanto edge blade with standard cutting edge. Black finished hardware. New reversible pocket clip, lanyard hole, and glass breaker. The blade has the model information. Brand new in box.

This is my second Ultratech ZBP and I love it. I have two gen 2 Ultratechs and two gen 4. This one goes everywhere with me. As the ZBP name implies the blade does not move. The dual fuel drivetrain is fantastic and is a huge upgrade from previous generations. A little bigger than the gen 2s but not by much. Blade profile is a little bigger too which has aided in the ability to slice better. If you want very need to utilize Microtech’s customer service, I have sent two in for maintenance, it is simple when they send you pics of your knife once arrived. Quality product from an amazing company.
