The Kershaw Rancher is a small clip blade and a larger drop point, lock back. From Kershaw's Easy Rider Series, which was mostly offered in the 1970's and 1980's.

Follows is an Easy Rider write-up copied from an old Kershaw catalog:

The Easy Rider™ heavy duty knives carry comfortably in trousers pocket for every day use. There are no sharp corners to wear through the fabric. Incorporating lightweight and streamlined design with big and brawny blades, they are a new and improved concept in easy-riding comfort and utility. The thin stainless steel cases are detailed with handsome rosewood inlays.

The Rancher has a nice brushed stainless case with a rosewood inlay. The AUS-6A, high carbon stainless steel, blades are hollow ground and mirror polished. The inside of the stainless case is also mirror polished to keep corrosion at a minimum (a practice seldom done any more). The blade opens smoothly, locks tight and snaps shut. This is a very well made knife.
