The Katz Safari Kit is comprised of an exchangeable axe head, hunting blade, handle, and a genuine leather sheath that holds all of the components. The handle has textured synthetic scales with a stainless steel locking lever, for solid lockup on the tool being used. The axe head handle is drilled to lighten and balance, and has jimping on spine for thumb rest. The spine of the skinning blade also has jimping.
