Tang stamp is KA-BAR WHALER on one side of blade and model number WLR89 stamped on the other side. Large sheepsfoot blade is high polished. Handles are beautiful genuine smooth natural bone a great canvas for some scrimshaw. Blade has strong snap open and close. Brass bolsters and bale on one end. Brass handle pins and liners. Another really great older Ka-bar knife only 774 made in 1989.
