The blade is CPM-S35VN — Crucible's particle metallurgy stainless steel that delivers outstanding edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance in a steel that sharpens more easily than higher vanadium alternatives. The stonewash satin finish combines the texture of a stonewash with the warmth of a satin, producing a low glare working surface suited to the Barlow's role as a hard use daily carry.
