Made in Solingen, West Germany 1989
This old and discontinued Boker Franklin mint knife has a rare upswept skinner blade with fine point, a gold coating and an etch of a Northern Pike fish in the water. Brass liners with nickel silver bolster and pins. Handle is rich grain hardwood. Knife is a half inch thick and only 3 ounces. A pleasure to carry and use, or great for the collection. They don't call them Classic's for nothing. This special model is tang stamped SOLINGEN WEST GERMANY - 89' FM. Rare edition of this excellent knife. New condition with red Boker pouch.
