Description

Benchmade Water Mini Adira Axis Lock Abel Dark Waters Aluminum Handles Satin MagnaCut Blade Limited Edition 18065-ABEL1

When two American manufacturers who both build to the highest standard decide to collaborate, the result is the Benchmade Mini Adira 18065-ABEL1 — a 1,000-piece limited edition folder born from Benchmade’s Oregon precision and Abel Reels’ Montrose, Colorado craftsmanship, built for the water and everything that comes with it.

The blade is ground from CPM MagnaCut — Crucible’s particle metallurgy stainless steel engineered specifically for edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance in demanding conditions. At 60-62 HRC with a satin finish, CPM MagnaCut holds a working edge through extended use while standing up to the moisture, salt, and grit that define water-class carry. The 3.21” drop point profile (0.114” thick) is versatile enough for the full range of outdoor cutting tasks — fish, cord, camp food — without sacrificing the nimbleness that makes a folder practical at this size. The AXIS Lock secures the blade with Benchmade’s proven ambidextrous lockup, releasing cleanly from either side without tools or modification.

The handle scales are the story: machined and finished by Abel Reels in Montrose, Colorado and anodized in the Dark Waters Lightning pattern — a teal-to-silver fade evoking springtime storms and shifting weather, inspired by Abel’s Vaya and Rove-series fly fishing reels. Ported aluminum scales keep weight at 3.09 oz while the 0.64” handle thickness provides a full, secure grip. A paracord lanyard with nylon bead ships with every knife. Brand new in box.
