Benchmade Meatcrafter 4”
I purchased this 4” knife for deer processing detail work after using my standard 6” Meatcrafter on last year’s whitetail harvests, and being very pleased with the blade. A butcher who was present even commented on the attributes of the Benchmade product. I figured I couldn’t go wrong with the shorter for the detail processing - and Benchmade’s free knife-sharpening service for the lifetime of their knives was also a factor in purchasing another.
