Niickel silver bolsters, liners and handle pins. Beautiful Genuine stag handles. Hand forged and polished stainless steel with LAGUIOLE R. David etched on it. David R. artisan tang stamped on one side and 12C27 FRANCE on the other side. Nice simple file work on spine of handle and blade with forged bee on spine of handle. Great knives with nice strong snap.
