The stainless steel bayonet blade has a polished finish and is stamped with "Saphir Rostfrei" on the tang. The nickel silver bolsters are also polished, as are the release button and the sliding safety. The horn handles are gorgeous and nicely offset by the brass pins. and liners. The action is snappy and the lock up is secure. Blade looks to be sharpened, back scale has a chip, centering is off.
