Back in the day before coil springs this was the cats meow. It did not carry well because dirt and pocket stull could get under the activation spring. And after a few months carring the spring would start to lose its temper and the action suffered. But this knife is worth the price especially if you are a collector. At one time you had to know someone from Germany or another collector. When I saw this knife for sale I was stunned. It brought back many memories.
