Well made, solid knife!
A lot of focus is given to the US made Demko knives, and rightly so. But the AD-20.5 is a well made, solid knife! Blade lockup is consistently positive, and it has no lock rock. The blade is sharp out of the box. I don't think it's fair to give this knife 4 stars, but two things actually give it a 4.5 or a 4.75. This is not a light knife. Not heavy, but not in the same category as similar sized knives with G-10 scales. I wanted a Titanium handle, so this is more of an observation than a complaint. The second thing is the shark lock. The lock works great, but the ramp used to pull back to disengage the locking mechanism has an aggressive interface. This again is not a complaint, just an observation. The spring has to be strong enough to wedge itself home, so the shark fin needs enough grip to provide a non-slip contact point. But after using it for a few days, not a big deal. Overall, very happy with this knife!
